Job summary

Arclin in Hayward, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Compliance Engineer to verify that manufacturing processes, quality controls, inspections, testing and documentation are performed per defined standards. This role serves as an independent checks on plant floor to ensure safety, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and conditional formatting.
• Ability to relocate to other Arclin facilities.
• Strong ethics, dependability and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Plant Audits & Verification
• Conduct routine audits of manufacturing processes, work areas, and required controls.
• Verify inspections, checks, and process steps are completed accurately.
• Compare actual plant practices against procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Document audit findings and communicate gaps to the owner.
• Follow up on corrective actions to verify completion and effectiveness.
• Product & Material Testing for verification purposes
• Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Review QC data and production records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Participate in training programs and visits to customers/suppliers/labs.
