Job summary

Arclin Hayward, WI, is seeking a Manufacturing Compliance Engineer to independently verify that manufacturing processes, quality controls, inspections, testing, and documentation are completed as defined. This role acts as an independent check on plant safety, quality, and compliance.

The position supports audits, data review, and gap analysis, reporting to the site Quality Manager. It serves as a developmental path toward future Process Engineer or Quality Manager roles within Arclin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strategic thinker with ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve results.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel for data analysis.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and timely action.
• Willingness to relocate to other Arclin facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct plant audits and verify that processes, controls, and inspections are followed.
• Review manufacturing data and QC records for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform product and material testing according to established procedures.
• Verify inspection equipment and documentation; identify gaps and report findings.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.
• Participate in training programs and cross‑functional activities on site.
