Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC is seeking an experienced Plant Project Manager to lead capital projects across natural gas processing plants and related midstream assets. You will oversee projects from concept through startup, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, and contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role requires strong engineering knowledge, multi-project management experience, and a focus on reliability, throughput, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in natural gas processing/midstream facilities.
• 5+ years’ experience managing capital projects from concept through startup.
• Multi-million-dollar capital project experience preferred.
• Midstream natural gas processing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from scoping through startup and closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, AFEs, and cash flow for projects.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors across design to startup.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards in all activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, and Environmental teams.
• Participate in MOC, PHA/HAZOP, and PSSR processes.
• Support plant turnarounds, outages, and maintenance efforts.
