Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC is seeking a Plant Project Manager to provide technical leadership and oversee capital projects across natural gas processing plants, cryogenic facilities, and related midstream assets. You will guide projects from concept through startup, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, and contractors to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related engineering discipline preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in natural gas processing, cryogenic plants, petrochemical facilities, refining, or similar industrial facilities.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing capital projects from concept through startup.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractors, consultants, engineering firms, vendors, and Company personnel to safely design, construct, commission, and start up plant facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Lead all phases of project development, including scoping, feasibility, detailed engineering, procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, construction oversight, commissioning, startup, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, AFEs, and cash flow forecasts.
