Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC is seeking a Plant Project Manager to provide technical leadership, oversee capital projects for natural gas processing plants, cryogenic facilities, and related midstream assets. You will manage projects from concept through startup, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, and external contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/ mechanical/ petroleum engineering.
• 7+ years in natural gas processing or related facilities.
• 5+ years managing capital projects from concept to startup.
• Experience with multi-million-dollar projects preferred.
• Midstream natural gas processing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractors, consultants, and personnel to safely design, construct, commission, and startup plant facilities.
• Lead all phases of project development: scoping, engineering, procurement, bid evaluations, construction, commissioning, startup, closeout.
• Perform equipment sizing/selection for compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, and dehydration systems.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, AFEs, cash flow forecasts, and execution plans.
• Monitor expenditures, forecast accuracy, and schedule performance; report risks and corrective actions.
• Coordinate MOC activities, PHAs/HAZOPs, and PSSRs; support turnarounds and outages.
• Review PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specs, plot plans, and drawings; ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure effective handoff to Operations; maintain project documentation and operational readiness.
