Job summary

Producers Midstream is seeking a Plant Project Manager in the Dallas area to provide technical leadership for capital projects at natural gas processing plants, cryogenic facilities, and related midstream assets.

You will oversee projects from concept through startup, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance, while managing budgets, schedules, safety, and regulatory compliance to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
• Experience with natural gas processing, cryogenic systems, NGL recovery.
• Capital project development and execution with budget control.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project development from scoping to startup.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, AFEs, and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
• Manage relationships with operations, maintenance, and vendors.
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure quality control.

PFDs & P&IDs interpretation

MOC, PHA/HAZOP, PSSR processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related

7+ years of relevant industry experience in natural gas/cryo plants

5+ years managing multi-million-dollar capital projects
