Job summary

Buzzi Unicem USA is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage mechanical and electrical projects in our cement operations. You will administer Oracle Project Accounting, develop project cost and schedule, and coordinate design, purchasing and commissioning across plants.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in cement or related industries, proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project, strong collaboration skills, and willingness to travel to other facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical/electrical project engineering in cement or related industry.
• Familiarity with cement industry operations and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other facilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Administration of projects in Oracle Project Accounting.
• Development of project cost and schedule.
• Administration of all aspects of project execution including design, specification, contracts, purchasing, installation and commissioning.
• Control reports to management on schedule and cost.
• Electrical design and installation of all aspects of electrical power and control systems.
• Support plant operations by implementing critical improvement projects and coordinate with all departments within the plant.
• Works with Manager to manage all electrical construction.
