EnerSys Energy Products Inc in Springfield, MO is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to ensure safe, reliable operation of the plant’s facilities, utilities, and MRO functions. You will lead maintenance staff, supervise contractors, and support capital projects.

The role focuses on developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations to protect people and production.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance, facilities leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing facility infrastructure, contractors, maintenance systems, and capital projects.

Mansioni

• Lead maintenance and reliability efforts for plant utilities, HVAC, chillers, electrical distribution, and building systems.
• Manage MRO purchasing, inventory, and spare parts programs.
• Oversee Tool & Die operations supporting production and maintenance activities.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Support capital planning, budgeting, and facility improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
