Job summary

Service Partners seeks a Systems Production Manager to direct and coordinate production operations across processes. You will influence plant results, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and collaborate with branch operations to share resources and meet customer needs.

The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing know-how, and a track record of driving continuous improvement while maintaining corporate policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years production operations, warehousing and managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to implement safety programs and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure high quality, productivity, and ownership.
• Coach and develop employees to meet objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with branch operations to share resources and fulfill customer requests.
• Ensure timely communication with sales for effective customer service.
• Manage quality issues and preventive maintenance to keep equipment reliable.
• Oversee production schedule and track KPIs for safety, quality, waste and cost.
