Job summary

Capital Textile Service, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the workforce of our processing plant, covering processing, shipping, distribution, equipment and building maintenance, and all related record keeping.

The Production Manager reports to the General Manager and will drive strategic and tactical management of all plant functions. The role requires safety focus, hands-on leadership, and the ability to work second shift and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience managing plant operations and staff.
• Ability to schedule, train, and mentor associates.
• Understanding of production processes and vendor communication.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work second shift and rotating weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing, shipping, distribution, maintenance, and record keeping for the plant.
• Direct strategic and tactical management of all plant functions and report to General Manager.
• Ensure safety and maintain a safe workplace; required lifting of up to 50 pounds.
