CANPACK Group is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor in Lackawanna County, PA to direct daily Operations of the Production Department in a fast-paced setting. You will ensure safety, production and quality standards while meeting on-time delivery commitments to customers.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling coordination, and oversight of shifts. You will drive continuous improvement and maintain accurate records for performance reviews and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years supervisory experience in high-speed manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring others.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to safety, environmental and product safety policies.
• Reads production schedules and determines requirements.
• Trains operators on set-up and procedures.
• Maintains records and completes shift end reports.
• Coordinates break/fix of equipment and materials.
• Supports food safety program and quality standards.
• Schedules overtime and manages holidays.
• Fosters a positive, productive work environment.
