Job summary

Prysmian Group in McKinney, TX is seeking a Rotating Shift Production Supervisor to oversee plant operations, coordinate activities with management, and ensure production and quality targets are met. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety and efficiency on a rotating night/weekend schedule.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or equivalent, strong English skills, and experience in manufacturing environments with process improvement exposure.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Background with manufacturing methods and process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant activities with Plant management to meet production objectives.
• Monitor shift performance for production and quality standards.
• Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace/adjust as needed under management.
• Assist employees with work process problems.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Promote shop floor organization and plant cleanliness; provide direction to staff.
