Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and organize production operations at our North Little Rock facility. You will oversee all production employees, enforce safety policies, monitor quality, and report on production performance to site leadership.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 4 years in manufacturing and 2 years supervising; strong communication, mentoring skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing organization.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of employees and equipment.
• Accurately report production.
• Conduct shift huddles daily.
• Communicate issues related to safety, quality, maintenance, production.
• Lead and maintain safety and plant policies.
• Assist with inventory, both finished goods and raw material.
• Operate all machines and equipment, including mobile equipment, as needed.
• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Establish, assign, and communicate job responsibilities and schedules for personnel.
• Supervise and evaluate job performance.
• Monitor and maintain records of attendance.
• Review production data and prepare reports.
