Job summary

Bluegrass-Ingredients-Inc. is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee all operations in our Springfield, KY plant. You will manage production, ensure safety, quality, and efficient use of manpower during your shift.

The role requires strong leadership, training abilities, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance, QA, and warehouse teams. Prior management experience in a food production environment is preferred; willingness to work varied shifts and respond to issues as needed.

Qualifications

• GMP and HACCP knowledge preferred.
• Prior management experience in a production environment.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operation of all production processes.
• Direct production workers and ensure output meets specifications.
• Maintain safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Train and develop employees; manage weekly schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance.
• Monitor inventory and control work orders and materials.
