Job summary

Genesis Products, Inc. is seeking a Plant Coordinator in Goshen, IN to develop production plans that meet sales, delivery, and inventory objectives. You will order and maintain materials, drive production schedules, and escalate issues to partners to ensure on-time execution.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements and improve processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal materials to sufficiently support demand, lead time and inventory investment targets.
• Prioritize and schedule production as efficiently as possible.
• Set up and communicate cut plans that efficiently convert raw materials to finished products.
• Communicate production status, elevate challenges and drive effective results with Inside Sales, Manufacturing, Shipping/Receiving.
• Execute internal inventory management including cycle counts and system reconciliation.
• Analyze and assess performance results, recommend continuous improvement solutions and advocate for customer expectations.
• Conduct day-to-day reporting within Microsoft Excel and MRP System.
