Job summary

Arcosa Crushed Concrete in McKinney, TX is seeking a dependable plant operator to join our production team. You will follow safety policies, perform daily inspections, and operate equipment to crush concrete and remove debris, ensuring efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Some experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and regulations, inspect workplace daily, report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections to maximize production and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Conduct manual labor tasks to operate equipment for crushing concrete and removing rebar and debris.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on plant equipment and wear parts as needed.
• Assist with plant operation tasks, including cleaning and material handling to minimize dust.
• Cross-train and safely perform work of other jobs as needed to meet productivity goals.
