UFP Industries is seeking a Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive safety compliance, and optimize production performance. You will manage supervisors, coordinate schedules, and champion continuous improvement across the plant to meet quality and delivery goals.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years as Production Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent manufacturing leader.
• Experience leading supervisors or multiple operational departments.
• Experience managing production schedules, staffing, quality, inventory, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing financials, budgets, and cost controls.
• Ability to analyze production and financial data and translate findings into actions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to plant management and supervisory teams.
• Develop master production and shipping schedules based on customer needs.
• Coordinate production across shifts to maintain flow and standards.
• Monitor output, labor efficiency, downtime, and scrap; drive improvements.
• Lead continuous-improvement and Lean initiatives to raise capacity and reduce waste.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality across operations.
• Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports for leadership.
