The position requires 10+ years in manufacturing, 5–7 years in leadership, and strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP/MRP systems. Flexibility in hours and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in a high-volume setting.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience managing multi-line manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for plant manufacturing operations to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize plant performance with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR, and Customer Service.
• Develop and execute strategic manufacturing plans including capacity planning and workforce optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S and other methodologies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee budgeting, labor planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet financial objectives.
