Job summary

Tank Holding Corp. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all plant operations including people, production, quality, safety, and maintenance.

The role drives day-to-day operations and executes the site strategic plan with a strong background in manufacturing and safety. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive operations management experience, preferably in rotational molding, with expertise in safety programs and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive operations management experience.
• Experience in rotational molding manufacturing preferred.
• Experience hiring, training, managing, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Plant-wide safety program management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, operation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and perpetual inventories.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee weekly labor and production schedules.
• Work alongside Environmental Health and Safety team.
• Manage day-to-day personnel activities including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain systems to manage raw materials, components, and inventory.
• Direct production, maintenance, shipping/receiving and admin functions.
• Oversee investigations of injuries, near-misses, and property damage.
• Coordinate with corporate functions to ensure operational success.
