Job summary

Spring Valley in Cleveland, TN is hiring Production Associates to join our team. You will stack 50lb bags, blend materials, run and monitor machinery, and move pallets using a forklift while maintaining safety and efficiency.

We offer cross training, weekly bonuses, paid holidays, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance after 30 days, and a 401k with company match. Shift is 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused with strict adherence to established safety programs.
• Excellent attendance and reliable punctuality is essential.
• Strong communication and organization in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience operating a forklift and stacking pallets 2-3 high is a plus.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions and work 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri).
• Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.
• Must pass post-offer drug screen and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Stack 50lb bags on pallets and wrap pallets for shipping.
• Mix and blend material for fertilizer and ice melter.
• Run and monitor machines to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operate forklift to move pallets between buildings.
• Operate a front end loader to transport bulk materials.
• Perform general cleanup and assist with inventory and grounds work.
