Homestead Gardens is seeking a detail-oriented Plant Procurement Coordinator to support our Landscape Division by sourcing, ordering, tracking, and verifying plant materials for installation projects. This role ensures materials are accurate, available on time, and meet quality standards before reaching the job site.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience with inventory management systems or POS software.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage plant orders using POS software and Eagle Browser.
• Maintain accurate order records and assign orders to jobs.
• Identify, tag, and verify plant materials in nursery inventory.
• Inspect plant quality and confirm order accuracy.
• Coordinate with Wholesale, Horticultural Supply, and Retail teams.
• Source materials from local nurseries and manage substitutions.
