You will own the procurement strategy, negotiate with suppliers, manage category strategies, and transform the plant with governance and cross-functional collaboration. This full-time role offers a comprehensive total rewards package, with a US pay range of USD 117,600–176,400 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of direct procurement/sourcing experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience in negotiations and category strategies.
• Influential communication skills and strong business understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Plant Procurement Leadership: govern procurement strategy and act as primary reference for the Plant Manager.
• Productivity & Transformation: drive end-to-end productivity roadmap and cross-functional implementation.
• Supplier Leadership: manage supplier issues and ensure continuity of supply; monitor S-OTD and S-DPM.
• Continuity & Risk: support urgent operational issues and maintain PES and KICs compliance.
