Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year electrical degree or technical certificate with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of PLC ladder logic, VSDs, and VFDs and basic mechanical ability.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Safety-minded with attention to quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and troubleshoot new equipment installations.
• Train technicians and implement new procedures as production evolves.
• Operate machinery and support daily production tasks.
• Inspect equipment daily to ensure quality and performance.
• Enforce safety policies in equipment operation.
• Monitor quality outputs and adjust equipment as needed.
• Coordinate machine changeovers per production schedule.
• Maintain activity logs reporting to management.
• Maintain inventory of materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
