Qualifications

• Two-year electrical degree or technical cert with 1+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of PLC ladder logic, VSDs, and VFDs; basic mechanical ability.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work orders.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, construction, testing, and troubleshooting of new equipment installations.
• Perform operational tests to ensure optimum equipment function.
• Create and assist in training technicians and implementing new procedures.
• Operate machinery and support production tasks as assigned.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain production quality.
• Adhere to safety policies and document activity logs for management.
• Maintain inventory of materials and manage changeovers per schedule.
• Report issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
