• Prior frontline supervision experience is required.
• 4+ years of management experience in a diverse environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned work cells; train, plan, organize, direct, and complete packaging and production orders.
• Direct supervisors and crew leaders in greenhouse areas.
• Coordinate with receiving department for supplies and resources.
• Review production schedules and communicate labor needs for work cell assignments.
• Develop supervisors and hourly staff; lead safety initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain packaging and production reports in Microsoft Teams.
