Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data using NAV and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done safely.

Responsibilities

• Execute Operations plan put in place by Manager / Supervisor.
• Produce a quality product following Operations SOP / Guidelines.
• Train and develop crew leaders to complete quality operations following the BOM through NAV paperwork.
• Manage and maintain throughput standard rates.
• Learn, delegate, and maintain a LEAN process.
• Direct and rotate the workforce to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain hour-by-hour boards and communicate solutions to the Supervisor when production rates are not met.
