• Assist new product development and technology assessment.
• Support capital projects and startups (core Process Engineering competencies).
• Develop process simulation models to understand and benchmark performance.
• Partner with Production to implement and transfer APC and optimization applications.
• Coach, mentor and train engineering colleagues across functions.
