This is an exempt level position. OnsitePosition Summary: The Plant Process Engineer will apply engineering principles to new and existing operations with tasks ranging from process design to the evaluation of new technologies. This includes using technical knowledge and communication skills to ensure that safety, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.

Apply innovative approaches as joint effort with Production and MaintenanceAssist new product development and new technology assessmentSupport capital projects and startups, including the ten core Process Engineering competenciesDevelop process simulation models to fundamentally understand and benchmark performancePartner with Production to implement and transfer advanced process control (APC) and optimization applicationsAct as a resource and networking point for engineering colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and trainingParticipate in multi-disciplinary teams to develop standard plant performance metrics and maximize shareholder valueDrive standards for engineering excellence to new levels; capture and propagate best practicesDevelop communication and teamwork skills across functional and divisional boundaries.
