Job summary

Adler Pelzer Group in Eudora, KS is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to maximize output on robotic and hydraulic press equipment and to troubleshoot production issues. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, equipment parameter control, and cross-functional collaboration with corporate teams.

Candidate will support PPAP/PSO processes, adhere to QS9000/TS16949 and ISO 14001 standards, and may require overtime or travel as needed to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Education can be substituted with equivalent experience.
• Licenses & Certifications are preferred but not required.
• Must adhere to QS9000/TS16949 requirements and ISO 14001 and Environmental Health & Safety Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize output and efficiencies of robotics and hydraulic presses.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ongoing production issues to improve processes.
• Understand equipment functionality and determine parameters for current and future equipment.
• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout and production data to optimize resources.
• Continuous improvement of existing processes and workflows.
