Job summary

ADM is seeking a Performance Management Lead in Decatur, IL to oversee the plant's financial planning, KPI tracking, and cost optimization. The role acts as a bridge between operations and finance, driving actions to improve cost position and value creation.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will coordinate with plant control, finance teams and operations, leading OEE analysis, capital expenditure lookbacks and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 4 year university degree in engineering or accountancy preferred
• 5+ years in operations accounting or process operations
• Plant-specific operations accounting and financial process familiarity preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual financial plan for the plant, business or region
• Coordinate planning input with plant, E2E finance and external stakeholders
• Own and coordinate planning non-financial KPIs such as OEE, usages and utilities
• Lead plant cost analysis and variance review in collaboration with plant controller
• Promote accountability of financial and operational KPIs among leadership
• Support plant improvement, supply chain and capex teams including OEE planning and production planning
• Participate in AFE preparation and lookbacks to justify capital expenditures
• Drive Performance Excellence initiatives (Zero Loss, Focused Improvement)
• Provide safety leadership and promote ADM core values
