Job summary

Pella Corporation's Medley, FL plant seeks a Sr. Plant Financial Analyst to serve as the on-site finance partner and cost accounting expert.

You will collaborate with Plant Leadership, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Corporate FP&A to improve visibility into performance, strengthen cost controls, and support decision‑making through accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will own inventory valuation, drive variance explanations, manage year-end counts, support month-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Operations, or related field with 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Spanish proficiency is required.
• Experience partnering with operations and driving performance improvement is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to analyze costs, performance drivers, and profitability; translate results into actions.
• Develop dashboards to improve decision‑making across labor, overhead, yield/waste, and other drivers.
• Own inventory valuation, reporting, and transactions; ensure timely accuracy and controls.
