Qualifications

• Technical degree with a focus on management and production engineering.
• Strong OPEX / Lean knowledge on an international level.
• Managerial experience and ability to lead executives and teams.
• Fluency in English and intercultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Enable the organization to achieve cost and cash savings at plant level.
• Lead the local OPEX organization career development in cooperation with HR.
• Develop and standardize the OPEX KPI system at the plant level.
• Drive the evolution of the production system to a value stream oriented approach.
