This hands-on role focuses on embedding a lean culture and data-driven management across production, maintenance, quality, and planning.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, mentor leadership, and oversee technology investments to sustain competitive performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience leading plant operations with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operation with process discipline and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership across production, maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and real-time decision support.
• Mentor plant leadership teams and foster accountability.
• Support new technology investments to enhance productivity.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards.
