You will foster a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate effectively with Plant Management and Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Manage daily plant operations for assigned functional area through direct reports.
• Financial Management: Oversee and manage the plant's budget, including staffing, operations, maintenance, and capital expenditures.
• Continuous Improvement: Create a culture of continuous improvement in production, quality, and cost.
