Rogers Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Plant Operator for its Bronte, Texas site. The role involves labor and operation tasks in the quarry and crushing plant, including cleaning and supporting overall plant operations.

The successful candidate will operate heavy equipment and support maintenance, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include running bobcat, skid steer, and haul truck, learning multiple production positions, dust control via water trucks, and reporting issues

Qualifications

• Must prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (bobcat, skid steer, haul truck).
• Self-motivated with ability to perform duties without constant supervision.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and follow instructions.
• Understand basic safety work instructions and follow them.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as bobcat, skid steer, and haul truck.
• Fill in at production positions during vacations or peak times.
• Operate water truck to control dust on roadways.
• Report equipment issues to management and assist with maintenance.
• Complete daily pre-shift inspections and reports.
• Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned.
