Loader Operator – Bronte, Texas

Rogers Group, Inc. (RGI) is a privately held aggregate and asphalt highway construction company operating in 13 states with over 3,500 employees. RGI was founded in 1908 and is the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States.

The Loader Operator will support plant operations, help maintain safety standards, and contribute to overall plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a crushing facility.
• Perform routine equipment and plant maintenance and participate in plant improvement projects.
• Operate production equipment as needed – such as haul trucks, wheeled loaders, or skid steers.
• Maintain clean work area and perform site cleanup.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a crushing plant (preferred).
• Experience with plant maintenance or related industry required.
• Knowledge of wash plant and crusher equipment.
• Ability to conduct safety and maintenance inspections during the shift.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and equipment knowledge.
• Experience with crushers, conveyors, and screens (preferred).
• Understand basic safety and work instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player mentality.
• Capable of working outdoors in varied weather, dust, noise, heat, and cold.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screening.
• Overtime required as needed, may include Saturdays.
