Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager for sand and gravel operations at our Bronte, TX site, near San Angelo and Abilene. Lead safety, quality and revenue generation across existing and growth operations. Reports to Area Production Manager and will direct mine and pit planning, budgeting and staff development.

The role requires a results-driven leader with 5+ years in quarry operations, strong estimating and accounting acumen, and a proven safety record in MSHA Part 46 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, geological engineering or similar preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Strong communication and safety leadership fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mine employees and plant operations.
• Oversee safety procedures and compliance with regulations.
• Control costs to meet budgets and drive savings.
• Identify deficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop staff through feedback, training and accountability.
• Collaborate with sales and QC for quality product.
