• Ability to retrieve information from Building Management System (BMS) Computer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task; good interpersonal communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities
