Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to retrieve information from Building Management System (BMS).

Responsibilities

• Operate steam boilers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, etc.
• Perform observation, checks, cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor building management system for information and alarms.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
