Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating boilers, chillers, air compressors and vacuum pumps.
• General knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance.
• Experience retrieving information from Building Management System (BMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Good interpersonal and customer-service oriented with team members.
