Job summary

You'll handle preventive maintenance on air handlers, boilers, pumps, and ventilation, monitor vendors, document activities in CMMS, and assist with capital projects while pursuing required certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with trade school or apprenticeship background.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred; ability to follow procedures.
• EPA 608 Type I and OSHA 10 certifications required or pursued on hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CMMS with asset data and work orders.
• Monitor and coordinate with facilities and engineering teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Assist with vendor oversight and outages or renovations.
• Support capital projects and document test results and actions.
• Maintain communication with leadership and adhere to safety protocols.
