Central Stone Company in Florissant, MO is seeking a Plant Operator / Maintenance for its Ft. Belle (Florissant) location. This on-site role involves operating and maintaining heavy quarry equipment and working in a fast-paced plant environment.

The position offers a 2nd shift (typically 4pm–4am, Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays during peak season). Training is provided; safety and reliability are essential.

Central Stone Company has a full-time, 2nd shift opening for a Plant Operator / Maintenance position at our Ft. Belle (Florissant), MO location. This is a large and face paced quarry -- truly a unique and exciting place to call your work-home. Ideal candidates would be experienced in maintenance and operation of loaders, dozers, haul trucks, road graders, and excavators - though we can train if the candidate possesses the right attitude and work ethic. This position typically works 4pm until 4am (though times do vary over the course of the year), Monday through Friday - with occasional Saturdays depending on peak season needs.

Plant Operator / Maintenance candidate requirements:

Plant Operator / Maintenance major responsibilities include:

• Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA
• Operate and monitor all equipment and production area safely and efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed
• Communicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
