Central Stone Company in Morse Mill, MO, is seeking a 1st Shift Quarry Plant Operator & Maintenance to monitor, maintain, and repair rock crushing and conveying equipment.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or heavy equipment experience; we offer training, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid holidays and vacation, plus a 401(k) with company match.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read gauges and diagrams.

Aufgaben

• Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and/or clean equipment as needed.
• Observe crushers and conveyors for proper function while the plant is in operation.
• Conduct clean-up using manual means and operate skid steer as needed.
• Assist crew with plant mode changes and equipment adjustments.
• Operate and monitor all equipment and production in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate with plant management on safety, maintenance, and production needs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Central Stone Company has an immediate full-time opening for 1st Shift Quarry Plant Operator & Maintenance position for our crushing plant in Morse Mill, MO. The Plant Operator & Maintenance position is involved with monitoring, maintaining, and repairing rock crushing, processing, conveying equipment.

Ideal candidates would be experienced with general manufacturing processes and/or heavy equipment operation and maintenance, but we are happy to train those with the proper mindset and work ethic. This position typically works Monday through Friday – with occasional Saturdays depending on peak season needs.

Plant Operator/Maintenance Candidate Requirements:

Major Plant Operator/Maintenance responsibilities include:

• While crushing plant is in operation this position will walk around and observe crushers and conveyors for proper function
• Perform clean up using manual means along with operating skid steer
• Assist fellow crew members with plant mode changes

• Communicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
