Location: Hingham, MA Plant - Filling industrial

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Working as a lead supervisor to provide direct supervision and hands-on support to our 2nd shift operation team.

• Position Title: Production Associate - 2nd Shift Lead Plant Operator
• Location: Hingham, MA
• Shift: 2nd Shift - 1pm - 9:30pm (Some overtime required)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays required)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and correct safety hazards and quality deficiencies.
• Lead and train production associates to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicate operational status to the Plant continually.
• Supervise safe start-up and shutdown of loaders and production team.
• Partner with other Supervisors for smooth operations.
• Promote safety and compliance culture, correcting unsafe acts or conditions promptly.
• Implement improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and work conditions to increase efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve work problems; assist workers as needed.
• Train new workers and cross-train employees to ensure continuous production.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jack.
• Load and unload cylinders, record types and quantities, and ensure safety measures.

Are you a MATCH?

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supervising more than 5 production personnel in an industrial setting.
• Self-starter with effective team supervision skills.
• Decision-making skills aligned with company policies.
• Organizational skills for inventory, personnel files, and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to complete basic reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and basic math skills.
