Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Operator at its Danville, PA facility. You will support grinding, material handling, and pollution control processes, ensuring efficient, safe operations and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires basic reading skills, good communication, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment. Shifts may include weekends and on-call rotation to maintain continuous production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with training or certification in relevant skill or trade.
• Strong verbal communication for conveying instructions and coordinating with team.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, blueprints or diagrams.
• Willingness to observe safety procedures and follow policy.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Assist with plant operations, including Vertical Roller Mill and process equipment per instructions.
• Monitor and record daily levels of ground Bottom Ash and Fly Ash in silos.
• Communicate with Lead Operator and Managers about maintenance/operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with production, quality and maintenance processes.
