Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is a leading producer of sustainable cement alternatives in the U.S. The Plant Operator will handle grinding, material handling, pollution control equipment and related processes with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires operating Vertical Roller Mill equipment, interpreting diagrams, and ensuring quality and maintenance practices in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and training or certification in relevant skill or trade.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture
• Assists with plant operations, specifically Vertical Roller Mill and related process equipment
• Monitors and records daily levels of ground Bottom Ash and Fly Ash in the silos
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
