Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Operator in Franklin, TN. The role covers grinding, material handling, and operating pollution control equipment, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will support daily plant operations, monitor ash levels, read blueprints, participate in handover meetings, and perform routine maintenance. A high school diploma is required, with 1 year in a related field and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shift flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with training or certification in a relevant skill or trade.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.
• Able to follow instructions, procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Assists with plant operations, specifically Vertical Roller Mill and related process equipment, per instructions.
• Monitors and records daily ash levels in silos.
• Communicate with Lead Operator and Operations Manager about maintenance/operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with production/quality/maintenance processes.
