Responsibilities include monitoring ash levels, operating mill equipment, facilitating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with production and quality standards. A high school diploma and 1 year of related experience are required, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant training or certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Driver's license required.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits and a zero-injury safety culture.
• Assist with plant operations (Vertical Roller Mill) per instructions.
• Monitor and record daily ash levels in silos.
• Communicate maintenance and operational issues to leads.
• Ensure compliance with production, quality, and maintenance processes.
• Operate small utility equipment on site as needed.
• Perform and assist with maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Read blueprints and diagrams; perform troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate flexible attendance and scheduling.
