Job summary

IMCBA is seeking a Plumber/Operator to monitor building automation systems and perform plumbing maintenance, repair, and alterations for all Building Authority properties. You will report to the Facility Operator supervisor and the Maintenance Tech supervisor, ensuring reliable operation of critical systems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with fire sprinkler and irrigation systems, are safe, collaborative, and able to communicate clearly with staff, vendors, and customers during daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license required.
• Ability to work well with others including vendors, contractors, and customers.
• Experience with preventative maintenance, repair and installation of plumbing systems.
• Experience with fire sprinkler and lawn irrigation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors the automation systems for Building Authority properties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Operator Supervisor.
• Comply with Building Authority safety policies and processes.
