Job summary

Tao Motor Inc. is seeking a Building Operator in Plano, TX to support daily operation and maintenance of our facility. You will ensure building systems run safely and reliably, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring HVAC, conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, responding to alarms, and maintaining logs in the CMMS. Strong safety focus and BAS/BMS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of building operations or facility maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to safety.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) is a plus.

We’re looking for a skilled Building Operator to support the daily operation and maintenance of our facility. This role ensures all building systems run safely, efficiently, and reliably, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.

What You’ll Do
